Comedy Republic Going Extra Jolly With A Massive Christmas Show Next Month

Melbourne's Comedy Republic is celebrating a festive season out of lockdown in a massive way this year, with their second annual Comedy Republic Christmas Pageant taking over the esteemed live venue this December.

Taking place from 16 til 23 December, the event will host a massive lineup of local comedy faves including Nath Valvo, Michelle Brasier, Sami Shah, Granny Bingo, Ruby Slippers, Jude Perl and stacks more to be announced. On top of all this madness - hosted by the inimitable Tina Del Twist - there'll be a very special performance from the two and only Sammy J & Randy, who will play together on stage for the first time in over two years.

Speaking to TheMusic, Del Twist told us just how pumped she is for the event, saying, "I am so excited about this year's show because I get to celebrate it the way I want to. With my comedy and cabaret family at my favourite venue in Melbourne, The Sidney Myer Music Bowl. But after that I will be popping in to host this gig at Comedy Republic."
