Premiering exclusively on theMusic.com.au
Finnish gothic rockers Grave Pleasures (formerly known as Beastmilk) have unveiled a creepy, too-close-for-comfort for Crying Wolves, from their newest record, Dreamcrash, due out 2 October.
The video, premiering exclusively on theMusic.com.au, is a throwback to the industrial/goth days of the likes of Tool — and even reminds us a little of the True Blood intro sequence with its extreme close-ups of body hair, rusty scissors, inanimate objects moving of its own accord, dissected skulls and stop-motion style.
The band say of the new video: "Enjoy this very first taste of the new album, a song we call Crying Wolves. It's one of our favourites in all its desperate glory. We hope the song - and the visuals - will take you to a place that is out of your control."
