Rock'n'roll Hall of Famers Cheap Trick have announced they will return to Australia this year to tour the country's east coast.

Already announced to play with Foreigner in Adelaide in October, the Illinois-founded outfit will now also perform headline gigs in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. 

Tickets to Cheap Trick's headline tour go on sale from 10am on Thursday 17 May.
