Check out the midweek figures!

Two Aussie heavyweight bands will have the chance to dethrone Ed Sheeran from the top of the ARIA Albums chart this week and deny the UK artist from taking out the list for a fourth-straight week.

According to midweek figures, Sheeran's No.6 Collaborations Project will again be in the running for #1 against Melbourne's The Teskey Brothers' Run Home Slow and Sydney-formed metalcore outfit Northlane's Alien which are both predicted to debut in the top three.

The Teskey Brothers could score their first-ever Aussie #1 album, while Northlane will look to claim their second #1 LP, following 2015's Node.

Other album debuts this week include Drake's Care Package compilation, Holy Holy's My Own Pool Of Light (both top ten), Skillet's Victorious (top 30) and the Descendants 3 soundtrack (top 40).

Over on the Singles chart, Byron Bay-based Tones & I is in prime position to hold #1 with Dance Monkey (after becoming the first Australian act to take out #1 on the list in 2019) and should again be in the race against Lil Nas X's Old Town Road and Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello's Señorita
