"This album is about how we’ve come out the other side."

Melbourne trio Camp Cope have today announced their highly anticipated third album Running With The Hurricane is set to be released on March 25.

Alongside the announcement, they've unveiled the project's title track, a reflection on overcoming difficult times and the process of discovery as a result of it.

Running With The Hurricane acts as the follow up to their ARIA-nominated, critically-adored LP How To Socialise & Make Friends and uncovers the aftermath of walking through the fire and emerging stronger and calmer than ever before as a band.

As lead singer Georgia Maq describes it: “The first record was us diving into whatever Camp Cope created, the second album was us when we were in the thick of it, and then this album is about how we’ve come out the other side. And we’ve come out stronger, more loving, more peaceful and better friends.”

The album was recorded at Sing Sing Recording studios and was engineered and mixed by co-producer Anna Laverty alongside Maq and features guest vocals from the likes of Shauna Boule of Cable Ties fame and Courtney Barnett
