Bunbury Groovin The Moo Sells Out

8 May 2014 | 9:41 am | Staff Writer

Festival makes it four out of six for reaching capacity in 2014

The window of opportunity has officially closed on scoring tickets to Bunbury's iteration of the Groovin The Moo festival, which today announced that this Saturday's final 2014 event, at Hay Park, is now sold out.

This year has been a particularly strong showing for Groovin The Moo, which is proudly presented by theMusic, with Bunbury becoming the fourth of its events – after the recent Oakbank, Maitland and Bendigo festivals – to have sold out this year.

It's not all bad news, though, at least for local outfit Late Night Hysterics, with the self-described “hillbilly dream pop” (feat. barnyard stomp) group taking out last night's Groovin The Prince competition at The Prince Of Wales to score themselves the opening slot  on the Channel [V] Udder stage at this weekend's event.

They join an already esteemed group of local representation for the day that includes Crooked Colours, Mathas And The Acitones and MC Coin Banks, alongside the rest of the festival's sizeable and diverse line-up.
