Budjerah Announces 2026 Australian Tour

"Being on stage is my favourite part of my job, and I can't wait to see my fans again," Budjerah shared.

Newly married and with his highly anticipated debut album set for release this Friday (24 July), Budjerah has plenty to be excited about. And today, he’s announced a tour in support of his forthcoming album, Gentleman.

The tour takes place this spring, commencing at Melbourne’s The Espy on Saturday, 31 October. From there, the shows continue at Anglesea’s The Sound Doctor on Sunday, 1 November, Sydney’s Metro Social on Saturday, 7 November, the Gold Coast’s Miami Marketta on Friday, 20 November, and conclude at Brisbane’s The Triffid Beer Garden on Saturday, 21 November.

All shows excluding the Melbourne date are all ages. Pre-sale tickets are now available, with the general sale kicking off on Thursday, 23 July, at 10 am AEST. You can find more ticketing information here.

“I’m so excited to be going on tour again,” Budjerah commented in a statement. “Being on stage is my favourite part of my job, and I can’t wait to see my fans again. When I was making the album, it was with the live performance in mind, and I just want to give everyone the best night of their life.”

Budjerah’s upcoming debut album will be released this Friday via Warner Music Australia and is available to pre-order/pre-save here.

Produced by GRAMMY Award-winning Om’Mas Keith (Frank Ocean, Jay-Z), the album finds Budjerah revisiting the pop and R&B music of his childhood.

Led by the singles Even At My Worst, Could I Be, Want You Back, and the title track, Gentleman saw the singer work with an A-list group of songwriters, including Poo Bear (Justin Bieber), Diane Warren (Celine Dion, Beyoncé), Philip Lawrence (Bruno Mars), Rob Lewis (Christina Aguilera), Autumn Rowe (Alexis Jordan), and Alex Burnett (Thelma Plum).

Along with the tour, Budjerah will take over record stores over the next week for exclusive, free, stripped-back performances and album signings.

The events will take place at Newtown’s Hum on King on Sunday, 26 July, Tweed Heads’ Badlands Vinyl on Tuesday, 28 July, and Collingwood’s Soundmerch on Wednesday, 29 July. The events begin at 2 pm, 3 pm, and 5 pm, respectively.
