More Columbus More Columbus

Brisbane-based punk-rock outfit Columbus have signed a deal with a renowned North American booking agency.

The trio put pen to paper on a deal with The Agency Group, a company that boasts a large and diverse roster including names like BADBADNOTGOOD, Of Mice & Men, A Day To Remember, Glass Animals and The Prodigy. The Agency Group also look after the US bookings for several Aussie artists including The Paper Kites, The Amity Affliction and Caligula's Horse, who signed with the company last December.

Columbus will be represented by booking agent Chad Lehner, who said he felt band's vocals and lyrics will "speak to a wide audience."

The signing news isn't the only thing happening in the world of Columbus at the moment, with the three-piece announcing a run of shows for this coming April. The boys have five shows along the east coast locked in and tickets are on sale now.
