Debut single out now
Brisbane-based singer-songwriter Jarryd James has confirmed dates for his first Australian headline tour on the back of his debut single Do You Remember.
Quickly emerging as one of 2015’s great musical hopes, James is starting to build a national fanbase as the single breaks through. Co-written by Grammy winner Joel Little (who’s worked with Lorde and Broods), the track was added to spot play on triple j in mid January before being granted full rotation at the end of the month. It also appeared on the ARIA and iTunes charts.
A support slot with Angus & Julia Stone has recently put him in front of more listeners, and his upcoming shows in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney will be the first on his own back. He is managed by New Zealand-based Ashley Page, who also manages Broods, and is booked locally by Artist Voice.
