Boy & Bear Announce Second Melbourne And Sydney Shows

The selling-out of the Palais and Opera House gigs has prompted the call

Sydney folk heroes Boy & Bear are verifiably still an in-demand lot – their scheduled shows at Melbourne's Palais Theatre and the Sydney Opera House on September 5 and 22 respectively have both now sold out, prompting the stalwart quintet to announce second shows in both cities.

The venues will now each see another show on Wednesday, September 3, in Melbourne and and Sunday, September 21, in Sydney.

The impending shows form part of the band's upcoming national theatre tour, which will see them barely pause for breath after finishing the final leg of their extensive tour cycle for their lauded LP Harlequin Dream – which has seen them on the road since February on a 30-date regional journey around the country – and completing a string on international dates in the US and Europe from June to August.
