Born Ruffians Return To Australia For Two Shows

One in Sydney, one in Melbourne

More Born Ruffians Born Ruffians

Canadian indie-rock troupe Born Ruffians have unveiled two Australian shows straight over New Years, marking the band's first shows Down Under for three years.

Now touring as a four piece rather than the usual trio, they are celebrating their April release Birthmarks, the deeply personal offering recorded in Toronto's Boombox Studios bragging a more polished sound.

Here's a taste of beautiful melancholy and sweet indie-pop with Needle:

Their infectious live show – which they have brought to Australia only two times before – will rock Melbourne's Northcote Social Club on Monday 30 December and the Oxford Art Factory in Sydney on Friday 3 January.

Tickets for both shows go on sale next Tuesday 22 October at 9am, see theGuide for details.
