After bringing their Farewell tour to Australia in June and July 2024, Boney M will return in 2026 for their The Final Curtain run.
Beginning with three nights at Melbourne’s Forum in April 2026, the German disco icons will continue the tour with shows in Toowoomba, Brisbane, Sydney (three nights), Newcastle, Adelaide, and Perth. You can see the list of dates and venues below.
Pre-sale tickets will be available on Friday, 12 December, at 10 am local time, followed by the general sale on Monday, 15 December, at 10 am local time. You can find tickets on the Metropolis Touring website.
Touring with singer Maizie Williams and a full band, fans will get to witness Boney M perform their greatest hits, from Rasputin to Daddy Cool, Ma Baker, Rivers Of Babylon, and many others.
Before their 2024 tour, the band last toured Australia in 2018 (a tour scheduled for 2020 was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic). Reviewing their show at Adelaide’s The Gov in 2018, The Music’s Ben E. Webbs wrote: “Williams brings an uninhibited disco party. She might have been more seen than heard back in the 1970s, but in the 21st century, her version of Boney M is absolutely the one to see.”
Webbs added that, “The arrangements were familiar and faithful, and slow-ish numbers like No Woman No Cry became jubilant sing-alongs.”

Webbs also noted that few in the audience would know or care about Boney M’s patchy, fabricated and litigious history, but those who did weren’t letting it get in the way of a damn good party of classic tunes.
