Bob EvansAussie troubadour Bob Evan, aka Jebediah legend Kevin Mitchell, has unveiled a greatest hits record, set for release later this year alongside a headline tour.
Full Circle will drop October 5 and features new single Drowning and some of the best songs from his five studio LPs to date.
Mitchell said he didn’t want to approach the record like a “traditional Greatest Hits or Best Of”, instead, treating it like an introduction to his work for people who have never heard him.
“I didn’t want to just bundle the singles together or present the songs in the order they were released,” Mitchell said.
“Some singles didn’t make the cut, in favour of album tracks that have grown legs of their own and found some kind of special place of significance without ever necessarily being on the radio or anything.”
