American singer-songwriter Billie Eilish has just wrapped the Sydney leg of her Hit Me Hard And Soft Tour, and with it, has broken the long-standing single event attendance record at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena.

The artist is currently at the tail end of her Australian shows, having played four concerts in Brisbane and Sydney throughout February. While it was expected that her dedicated fans would undoubtedly pack out some of the biggest arenas and stadiums in the country, it was her show on the 28th of February at the Qudos Bank Arena that saw 21,001 attendees, 1 more than the arena’s capacity of 21,000. The record surpasses Justin Timberlake’s FutureSex/Love Show 18 years prior, which saw 20,839 patrons attend his show on the 13th of November, 2007.

But that’s not all. Three out of four dates of Eilish’s leg at Qudos Bank Arena eclipsed Timberlake’s previous Arena attendance record, meaning that Eilish currently holds all top three placements for the most attended event at Qudos Bank Arena.

Qudos Bank Arena was kept busy throughout the beginning of 2025, hosting UFC 312 in February which broke the arena box office record. Following the UFC, music icons like Bryan Adams, Drake, Kylie Minogue, Chris Stapleton, Dua Lipa and Cody Johnson played the famed arena, along with performances from Keshi, Eason Chan, Falling In Reverse and comedian Russell Peters, all over a 6-week long period. Still, no numbers were a match for Eilish’s.

In a press release, Qudos Bank Arena General Manager Steve Hevern said: "Live entertainment is thriving and the phenomenal results we are seeing from this current run of events are testament to that. These events captivate live entertainment fans and bring thousands of visitors to Sydney adding to its vibrancy and with substantial economic impact”.

Billie Eilish will play out the rest of her Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour in Melbourne, with three more shows slated for the 5th, 7th and 8th of March. Find all remaining tickets and information here.
