Melbourne's Sidney Myer Music Bowl will play host to a huge live event at the end of this December - with the announcement that the annual Beyond The Valley festival are putting on a very special spinoff event entitled Beyond The City.
The festival will take place across December 30 and 31, allowing punters to ring in the new year with a mammoth weekend of dance, music and good times across the bowl as well as two extra specially built stages.
“We look forward to returning to our usual camping format for Beyond The Valley 2022," organisers said of the news, "but in the meantime, we're so excited to be able to bring BTV to the city for this unique festival experience. We can't wait to bring in 2022 with our favourite people.”
The event also announced that $1 from every ticket sold will be donated directly to AIME - who will use the funds to provide free education services to First Nations children throughout the country.
While the line-up is year to be announced, BTV teased the event with a vid online.
