American musician and festival favourite Beth Hart is returning to Australia in February 2024, after bringing her stellar live show to Bluesfest earlier this year.

Touring off the back of her most recent album, A Tribute To Led Zeppelin, released in February 2022, the California native will once again descend upon Australia for a series of theatre shows in Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney.

Hart begins her Australian tour on Saturday, 17 February at the Eatons Hill Hotel in Brisbane, followed by the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Monday, 19 February, Melbourne’s Hamer Hall on Thursday, 22 February, and Sydney’s Darling Harbour Theatre on Saturday, 24 February.

Pre-sale tickets for Hart’s upcoming tour go on sale on Tuesday, 17 October, at 10 am local time, with general sale tickets on Thursday, 19 October, at 10 am local time. Tickets will be available via the MJR Presents website.

“Australia, it always feels like it’s been too long since I’ve been fortunate enough to visit and perform in your beautiful country,” Hart reflected in a press release.

“I’m lucky enough that I’ve been able to tour across Australia several times, but in terms of really getting to know the people or culture - I haven’t been able to soak it in enough. I’m hoping to change that this time around!”

Catching Hart’s performance at Bluesfest Byron Bay earlier this year, The Music reviewer Jess Martyn commented that the atmosphere at Hart’s stage was a “force of its own - from the sound of the roaring guitar and crashing keys to the sight of her bright orange dress.”

Martyn added, “The power in her voice was reminiscent of Kate Bush - somehow clear and bright, strong and gritty all at once. Through crowd favourites like No Quarter, Sugar Shack and Babe I’m Gonna Leave You, she worked a powerful screech that added a darker edge to the set, proving that she knew how to build intensity and balance it out with a flippant sense of humour.”
