Ben LeeEnduring Aussie muso Ben Lee is expanding his live commitments in the wake of new album Love Is The Great Rebellion, adding to a forthcoming set of sold-out shows this weekend with a wider run of gigs around the country in October.
Getting under way at Brisbane's Woolly Mammoth on Saturday, 3 October, Lee will head to Melbourne's Corner Hotel on Wednesday, 7 October; Cronulla's Brass Monkey on 9 October; Lizotte's, in Newcastle, on 10 October; the front room of Anita's Theatre, Thirroul, on 11 October; Oxford Art Factory, in Sydney, on 14 October; The Gov, in Adelaide, on 16 October; and Perth's Astor Theatre on 17 October.
This tour will see Lee visit Adelaide and Perth for the first time in quite a while, so expect to see some energetic response for tickets when they go on sale from 12 noon (AEST) this coming Tuesday, 9 June as part of a Frontier Members pre-sale, which runs for 24 hours or until allocation is exhausted. General-release tickets hit the market at 10am local time on Friday, 12 June.
