Behemoth Sign With Melbourne's EVP Recordings

Polish black metallers Behemoth stayed pretty busy while they were out here on tour recently. The band have just announced they've signed a deal with Melbourne metal label EVP Recordings, which will see their next album released early next year.

The veteran outfit will unleash The Satanist in 2014 and have now given fans a taste of the new record in the shape of the teaser for Blow Your Trumpets Gabriel. Check it out below - the single is available digitally from Wednesday 4 December:

While they were in Australia, frontman Adam 'Nergal' Darski expressed his frustrations to The Music over what some bands perceive as extreme metal.

"These days, bands think that when they put all the pieces of the puzzle together, they become extreme. But they hardly ever fucking do anything," he said.
