Basement Jaxx, Marlon Williams, Cut Copy & More Confirmed For Golden Plains 2026 Line-up

The beloved annual celebration that is the Golden Plains festival will return to the Meredith Supernatural Amphitheatre in March 2026, with organisers revealing their immense lineup this week.

The 18th edition of the festival, this year sees English electronic icons Basement Jaxx leading the charge, followed closely by Marlon Williams And The Yarra Benders, who will appear with the Māori performing arts group, Ngā Mātai Pūrua.

Local legends Cut Copy also feature, alongside Norwegian duo Smerz, Afrobeats icon Obongjayar, Brooklyn pair Water From Your Eyes, and prolific garage rocker Ty Seagall.

“Eighteen forever,” Golden Plains organisers said in their usual enigmatic statement. “A golden thread of infinite delights across two days and two nights.

Heaven-sent and custom-cut to trace each undulation of an epic long weekend in the Supernatural-est Amphitheatre on earth,” they add. “All on the One and Only stage. Mother nature on the lights.”

The 2026 edition of the festival is completed a long list of local and international guests, including Georgia Knight, Crazy P, This Is Lorelei, Becca Hatch, Jalen Ngonda, Frost Children, Derya Yıldırım & Grup Şimşek, Public Figures, and even more still.

Over its almost two-decade history, the Golden Plains festival has become one of the most anticipated events on the Australian live music calendar, with recent years featuring names as varied as The Streets, Bikini Kill, PJ Harvey, Four Tet, Carly Rae Jepsen, and much more.

As always, tickets to the Golden Plains festival are available via a ballot system, so if you’re eager to head along, you’ll need to ensure you’ve put your name in the ballot before 10:18pm AEDT, on Monday October 20th. Full details are available via the festival’s website.
