Australia's Folk Punk Fest HOBOFOPO Is Back! Here Are The First Acts On The 2019 Bill

The four-day festival returns!

Australia's favourite folk punk event HOBOFOPO is confirmed to return this year and The Music today can exclusively reveal the first six acts on the 2019 line-up. 

Heading to Hobart for the four-day festival. running from 31 October-3 November, includes UK duo Crywank, NSW's The Crooked Fiddle Band, Melbourne celt-punk outfit The Ramshackle Army, Tasmania songwriter Claire Anne Taylor, Newcastle's Knifey Spoony and Sydney's own Billy Puntton.

The 2019 event will be HOBOFOPO's fourth installment, while this festival will mark headliners Crywank's first trip to Australia since 2017.


The Manchester act have since released their latest studio album, Wearing Beige on a Grey Day, in March as well as the I'll Have Some In A Bit EP.
