As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis has had his hearing postponed. Lambesis has pleaded guilty to hiring a hitman to kills his estranged wife, 

 

Sentencing is now scheduled to take place on May 16 with the singer facing up to nine years in prison, an additional four years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
