Here's how the charts are shaping up this week.
Amy Shark is in the running for her second #1 thanks to her new album.
According to ARIA Chart mid-week figures, the Queensland artist is projected to land in the Top 3 of this week's ARIA Albums Chart with her latest, Cry Forever.
This would give Shark is second #1 album in a row, following on from her 2018 debut Love Monster.
Shark made her first appearance on the chart in 2017, with Night Thinker EP (home to the 2016 Hottest 100 #2 track Adore) which landed at #2.
It's shaping up to be a big week for local artists on the chart, with Liz Stringer looking at the Top 5 with her new album First Time Really Feeling, while Julia Stone's Sixty Summers is likely for Top 10. Big Scary's Daisy is looking at Top 20 on its debut.
