AlunaGeorge Slot In Sole Falls Fest Sideshow

British electronic luminaries AlunaGeorge are evidently very busy people but have nonetheless found the time to squeeze in one Falls Festival sideshow performance while they're in the country for the annual year-ending event.

People keen to catch the I'm In Control scribes away from the hubbub of the festival grounds will have to get themselves to Melbourne in early January in order to catch the duo doing their thing at the Corner Hotel.

The visit will come in the wake of their just-released new full-length, I Remember, which landed in our laps literally just this last week, so the aural goodies within — which come three years after AlunaGeorge's breakthrough debut full-length, Body Music — are still fresh and being absorbed vociferously in preparation for the celebrated act's imminent visit Down Under. Bountiful goodies, too — the album has already yielded three successful singles in the form of I'm In Control, ft. Popcaan, Mean What I Mean, ft. Leikeli 47 and Dreezy, and Not About Love.

Secret Sounds members will get first pass at tickets when their pre-sale kicks off from 11am this Thursday, 22 September, running until 8am Friday, 23 September. General-public tickets will go on sale from 9am on Friday.
