This week, season three of the popular coming-of-age romantic comedy/drama Heartstopper returned to Netflix, and with it, the British TV series’ sweet indie tunes are also back.

Season 3 is set to be the most “adult” season yet, but does the music reflect the characters growing up? We think so.

While Heartstopper season three features the likes of Billie Eilish, Arlo Parks, MUNA, Birdy, Griff, beabadoobee, and other popular international artists on the soundtrack, perhaps most impressive of all is the list of Australian artists who get spun on the show.

Netflix has unveiled the entire soundtrack for season three (look away now if you don’t want to know which songs play when), and to our delight, episode four features three Aussie songs: Wish On An Eyelash by Mallrat, Witchcraft by Pendulum, and Serotonin by Angie McMahon.

The Aussie tunes don’t stop there, with San Cisco’s Too Much Time Together getting a spin on episode five and Troye Sivan’s Rush playing on the same episode. And on episode six, you can hear I Used To Be Fun by Teen Jesus And The Jean Teasers.

You can check out the complete soundtrack for Heartstopper season 3 below.

Another Netflix series that spins Aussie tunes is Heartbreak High. In its second season, it played tunes by Miss Kaninna, Courtney Barnett, King Stingray, and the iconic Nollsie.
