Black Eyed Peas and Jimmy Barnes prove more popular than this year's line-up.

The 2019 AFL Grand Final pre-entertainment has seen a large drop on last year's ratings.

This year's entertainment featured an all-Australian line-up John Williamson performing Waltzing Matilda, followed by Tones & I with The Kids Are Coming and Dance Monkey and Dean Lewis with Be Alright and Waves, with headliner Paul Kelly playing Leaps & Bounds and Dumb Things

Brisbane artist Conrad Sewell performed Advance Australia Fair ahead of the kick-off, while Mike Brady had the stadium singing along to Up There Cazaly, with the pre-entertainment segment drawing in 770,000 viewers.

Last year's pre-game entertainment saw a total of 927,000 viewers, with Black Eyed Peas and Jimmy Barnes headlining the entertainment, 157,000 viewers up on this year's event.
