The venue for the Melbourne leg of the 2013 Warped Tour has been confirmed by promoter AJ Maddah today, with the event set for Birrarung Marr, which is near Federation Square.
The festival was thought to be held at Flemington Racecourse, which is right next to where Stereosonic will be taking place on the same day at the Royal Melbourne Showgrounds. Maddah had this to say in response to a punters tweet earlier today:

Warped's return to Australia will see The Offspring, The Used, Simple Plan, Parkway Drive, Newfound Glory and more perform across Brisbane, Coffs Harbour, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide this November and December. Tickets are on sale now.
