The Aussie rock duo are among the thirty-five stars who have been welcomed into the Walk of Fame Class of 2026.

Lovers of Aussie rock are winning big today with the reveal that Air Supply has been honoured with their very own star on the revered Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce has just announced a slate of thirty famed individuals who will receive their own stars on Wednesday, and the Melbourne-formed soft-rock duo are in star-studded company, nestled in amongst Timothée Chalamet, Emily Blunt, Miley Cyrus, Josh Groban, Shaquille O’Neal, and more.
During a livestream of The Hollywood Walk Of Fame Class Of 2026 Announcement Press Conference, Los Angeles-based British radio host Richard Blade announced the exciting news.
“One of my wife’s favourite bands. Every Valentine’s Day, she drives out to see them when they’re in concert,” Blade said. “They may be all out of love, but they’re not out of Hollywood Stars. And that’s Air Supply. So, congratulations.”
Artists have been honoured across five categories, including Motion Pictures, Television, Live Theatre/Live Performance, Recording, and Sports Entertainment.
Air Supply is part of the illustrious Recording category.

Active since 1975, the duo has long been a staple of the global music scene. Consisting of members Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock, the band has enjoyed a succession of top-five hits and record sales of 100 million worldwide.
Though first formed in Melbourne, Australia, the duo relocated to Los Angeles in the late 1970s. The Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) inducted Air Supply into their coveted Hall of Fame on December 1st, 2013, at the annual ARIA Awards. And now, the honours are continuing.
