A New Film About The Impact Of Sydney’s Lockouts On Live Music Is On The Way

Premiering next month.

There's a film set to premiere next month looking at the impact of Sydney's controversial lockout laws on the city's live music scene.

Dubbed After The Lockouts II - Gladys' War On Music, the documentary is a follow up to filmmaker Paul G Roberts' 2018 film After The Lockouts - The Search for Sydney’s Missing Nightlife.

The new doco will look at everything from pill testing to the state's music festival legislation and features appearances from Keep Sydney Open's Tyson Koh, Live Performance Australia's CEO Evelyn Richardson, The Presets' Julian Hamilton, Helen Marcou, NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian, Deputy Mayor Of Sydney Jess Scully and more.
