It’s been an absolutely massive year for Keli Holiday, and now, he’s got another achievement to share with the world, signing a global publishing deal with BMG.

Having launched his career under his birth name of Adam Hyde as one half of Canberra duo Peking Duk with bandmate Reuben Styles, years of top ten singles and and acclaimed live shows gave way to his solo career, with the world welcoming Keli Holiday in 2021.

While plenty of forward momentum saw Holiday on the cusp of a promising future, that all came true with the release of Dancing2 in August of 2025. The first single from his second record, Dancing2 became a massive viral hit, generating millions of streams in the process.

Described as a true showing of who he is, the single even scored a fitting No. 2 position in triple j's Hottest 100 of 2025, serving as a nice way to precede the release of his Capital Fiction album in February.

Now, following APRA Awards, ARIA Awards, top ten chart placements, and more, Holiday has signed a new deal with BMG for global publishing, joining a roster that includes the likes of JETChet FakerWhat So Not, Wolfmother, and more.

“I’m so stoked to be signing with BMG,” he said in a statement. “I’ve been lucky enough to know the whole crew for quite a while, and the one thing I know more than anything is that BMG know how to push music but, more importantly, they care about music.

“To be part of a family like that is a true honour and I can’t wait to see what we do in the future together. The music we’ve got cooking now is more exciting than anything I’ve ever made, and I can’t wait to work it with the most enthusiastic team I’ve ever met.”

“Keli Holiday is one of the most refreshing and impactful new Australian projects we’ve seen in a long time,” added Heath Johns, President, Australia, New Zealand & South-East Asia, BMG.

“As Dancing2 took over social scrolls and radio waves with a rare virality, Adam was steadily building an incredible new album in Capital Fiction that has immense international appeal and will be backed by extensive global touring.

“At BMG, we’re committed to championing culturally resonant artists and helping their music reach audiences worldwide,” he adds. "Keli’s voice is one that is ready to echo across the world, and we can’t wait to turn the volume up.”
