Naarm-based artist drops infectious new housey single and announces forthcoming EP due early next year.
Fresh off the back of a Music Victoria nomination for best DJ, Memphis LK isn’t done with 2022 just yet, today dropping the pop-house anthem that is Coffee, alongside a playful night and day contrasting music video.
It’s been a huge year for Memphis, dropping Whip earlier this year to rave reviews, as well as a relentless touring schedule that saw her play Splendour In The Grass and Listen Out as well as national supports for Tove Lo and Hayden James, and things don’t sound like they’re slowing down anytime soon with appearances at Beyond The Valley, Wildlands, Rhythm & Alps (NZ) and Daybreak all upcoming.
Also on the horizon is LK's new EP Too Much Fun, set for a January 13 release, her first EP since last year’s 1 that featured breakthrough cuts Green Light and Letters In Concrete. In the meantime checkout Coffee, a track that builds on what we’ve come to know and love from Memphis LK - the addictive intersection of underground club sounds and saccharine pop that has you reaching for the repeat button.
