Sugar JacketAfter dropping the track in April, burgeoning Aussie songwriter Sugar Jacket has today released a live music video for Real Creature premiering right here on theMusic.com.au today.
Filmed at the famous Bakehouse Studios, the Melbourne artist said the project was inspired by his own love of live clips.
"As a music lover I always love watching really well produced live band videos," he told The Music.
"Different songs lend themselves to certain areas of creativity. Sometimes you'll finish a song in the studio and you'll have a strong sense of how you want to present it visually. That might be in the form of a music video, and at other times it feels like the song should just be played live and showcased that way.
"That's what happened with Real Creature."
Real Creature was released as the first taste of Sugar Jacket's forthcoming EP, expected to drop later this year.
