VIDEO PREMIERE: Freya Josephine Hollick - 'Jesus Hates It When You Smoke'

Everyone loves David Lynch right? Freya Josephine Hollick included. The singer-songwriter is back today with a brand new video for Jesus Hates It When You Smoke, and we here at theMusic.com.au have the exclusive premiere.

Produced and shot by director/cinematographer Gareth Harrison around Hollick’s rural home and inspired by Lynch, "the clip spins on a loop, watching Hollick’s multiple personalities kill off their defective counterparts". 

Describing the video Hollick said, “Atheism and bad habits, and head spins and David Lynch, a song that birthed itself from seasonal affective disorder and heartache."

Hollick will play her first headline show at the Gasometer this 15 June, playing songs from her forthcoming new album which she recently recorded in Joshua Tree, California with Lucinda Williams’ longtime band Buick 6.
