'The song 'Just Breathe' is a very personal track.'
Sydney MC Sarah Connor has delivered a powerful video to accompany her empowered single, Just Breathe, premiering on theMusic.com.au.
The song is overt in its themes of depression, mental illness and the struggles to overcome these issues. The video presents the physical manifestation of this as we see our protagonist fight off his personal demons — a battle that Conner can personally relate too.
"The song Just Breathe is a very personal track but one I know will resonate with other artists and people," Connor told The Music.
Connor has been tearing up the Australian music scene since taking out Briggs Sheplife King of the Town competition in 2014, going on to support the likes of Brother Ali and Atmosphere as well as rocking Sydney Festival in 2017.
