The hotly anticipated tour of London's The xx has finally been announced - watch as thousands of delighted fans scramble for tickets.
Back again for a more extensive tour this time, London stars THE XX are shining brighter than ever. Probably one of the biggest acts on the planet right now, it is no surprise that they’re planning a tour in some of Australia’s best and most iconic venues.
From the likes of the Hordern Pavillion in Sydney to the Festival Hall in Melbourne, these shows, set for April of 2013, will be massive. Armed with their successful 2012 release, ‘Coexist’, and accompanied by their earlier release, ‘xx’, the trio has been revered by fans and critics alike to be extensively expressionistic.
The genre defying sound created can only be authenticated within a live scenario, which gives way to the minimalistic sound THE XX have so craftily mastered.
