Our favourite Swedish folk singer, indie heart-throb, THE TALLEST MAN ON EARTH aka Kristian Matsson has announced a new album in the works- There’s No Leaving Now.
His debut, Shallow Grave in 2008 followed by 2010’s The Wild Hunt were widely acclaimed. He’s got the quiet folk sound down. He understands how to write a pretty little folk tune, and he knows how to make the girls swoon. His voice is rich and textured. Fun fact is that he records vocals and guitar at the same time- they’re just that compatible.
There’s No Leaving Now is set to drop this June. Await it with bated breath, my folk-loving friends. It’s sure to impress.
