Women are 'destroying the point' of the music industry, says veteran
A senior member of the Australian music industry has today claimed that women are "destroying the point" of the music industry.
In an exclusive interview with SPA Confidential, the industry player – who declined to be named – said that Alan Jones' recent comments that women in politics were “destroying the joint” hadn't gone far enough.
“AJ's whinging about politics – he should take a fucking look at the music industry, there's more bloody women all the time!” he said.
“For one, they can multi-task really fucking well. I'm sick of having women taking on a number of tasks and finish them all to a high standard – that's not the way things should be done around here. It should be one thing at a time and if you balls it up, well then better luck next time, I know your father. All these competent woman are making us look bad and I won't have it.”

He said the “plague” of women extended to the artist themselves.
“Adele ruined the mother's day market for Andre Rieu, Michael Buble and Michael Bolton, and I won't see it happen for father's day. I'm calling for a country-wide boycott of female singers for father's day – Female Free Father's Day. Let's have Elvis, not Birdy!”
Vowing to continue the fight for the right's of men in executive company positions, not only in the music industry but across Australian business as a whole.
“You know what's worse? Last week I tried to give jobs to my friends from the social club, but said that there were these two women who were the most qualified and capable for the position. Is this a fucking joke? It's fucking un-Australian is what it is.”
