'I Wanted My Album To Feel Bigger Than Just Music': Charley On 'The Chronicles Of A Serial Idealist'

PREMIERE: Superheist's Richie Norton Goes Solo As Rifleman With Debut Single 'Keep The Story Alive'

The singer-songwriter will hit the road for a three-date tour this November and December.

Richie 'dw' Norton has been shredding for the better part of the past three decades, most notably with revered outfit Superheist, but he's spreading his wings and flying solo for the first time under his new moniker, Rifleman.

His debut single, Keep The Story Alive, is packed with the kind of rock punch Norton has long been renowned for, imbued with a significant serve of pop accessibility and anthemic, fist-pumping energy for good measure.

The tune is but the first taste of what's to come from the ARIA-nominated producer and musician, with Rifleman set to release his debut full-length, Silver & Gold, before the year's out, so be sure to keep your ears to the ground for more news on that front over the coming months.

Fans will be able to hear his new project's songs in action on a three-date tour through November and December, with shows currently lined up in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide; click on theGuide for more details.
