SINGLE PREMIERE: Mesmeriser - 'Melancholia'

Alt-rock Sydneysiders Mesmeriser have dropped their dreamy new single Melancholia today. 

The east coast trio released the track teasing new music from SOLD! - a concept EP about working a nine-to-five with the biggest boss there is.

"Melancholia is an anthem for all the overworked and sleep deprived battlers out there," singer and guitarist Myles Fischer said of the tune. 

"It sets the tone for our EP SOLD!, a collection of songs ruminating on the life of a 'corporate drone' who works in a call centre, but not just any call centre, the call centre of God. So not only is your job on the line, but your soul is too, and there are quotas to be met..."
