The Dollar Bill MurraysThe new single from Aussie rockers The Dollar Bill Murrays, Bye Bye, was conceived outside of beloved Brisbane venue one night following a text message received by singer Felix Lindgren.
It was a message from someone he had been seeing but with who he knew it wasn't going anywhere with.
“I think that’s when [drummer] Rachit said, ‘You just need to say bye,’ and at that moment I felt that, you know, that’s totally okay,” Lindgren told The Music.
“Not everything HAS to work, and it’s better for everyone if you make the right decision for yourself, especially so early on into something. You both need to be into it for it to really work out.”
The ode to self-care was self-produced by the band and will be officially released tomorrow, but you can check it out above now.
