Salt Meats Cheese is opening up a new patisserie and bakery for all of your warm, crusty needs. The new location at 21 Fountain Street will open its doors on 1 August, with pastry chef Laurence Pagano at the helm.
He has spent eight years finessing his skills under the helm of Adriano Zumbo. The patisserie will delight with decadent cakes and pastries and fresh crust bread selections, which are available to the public as well as supplying their cafe and restaurants. To add to this, the Alexandria restaurant is currently undergoing a makeover and change of concept, evolving into a patisserie on weekdays and hosting cooking classes on weeknights as well as weekends.
