It's a place where you can learn anything and everything from everyone in the music industry and it happens in a city that has one of the fastest emerging music culture's in Australia. The Bigsound Live Music Conference is one of Brisbane's most exciting events of the year and showcases an amazing amount of talent from around the world.
Along with some pretty darn rad local acts, BigSound Live brought in acts from Canada, the United Kingdom and New Zealand to show attendees who and what is out there in the big wide music world.
Our PURPLE SNEAKERS DJS were up in Brisbane during the festivities, playing their own shows at Alhambra Lounge after the festivities wound up on the second night of BigSound.
The of us went out and saw some pretty cool acts on September 11 and 12 and took some photos on our iPhones to document the two nights that would leave them without voices after everything finished.
