The Belvedere kitchen springs from the talented mind of John Rankin, who is the executive chef for all hotels in the Oscars Group, best known for his east-meets-west-style menu. The Belvedere’s menu is inspired by classic English pub food but with a twist for our Australian weather and palates, serving up everything from duck Yorkshire puddings to succulent Fremantle octopus salad. The drinks list is also ever-expanding across the Belvedere’s three bars. Now it’s impossible not to find comfort in the local and international wine list or in their brand new, refreshing, fruity cocktails.
