This year's Halloween party options are coming thick and fast, and if you're on the Central Coast for the spoooookiest weekend of the year, Proud Mary's and Sounds Like A Nice Time have just announced one seriously epic soirée. Deep in the speakeasy on the banks of Brisbane water, Proud Mary's will be transformed into a haunted voodo land where music genres know no bounds, and some of Australia's finest indie and electronic acts will grace over five stages from 12pm:
Cloud Control have been somewhat quiet since the peaceful departure of original bandmember and bassist, Jeremy Kelshaw early last year, but earlier this year they announced they've been working on a swag of new tunes which you can no doubt expect this coming October 29. Joining them will be a who's who of the Aussie electronic scene, including Elk Road (who just released a huge new single with Natalie Foster); Kilter (currently touring the country celebrating an equally large single in They Don't Know Us); Remi (soon-to-be-celebrating a new album); wonky electronic king Yahtzel; WA bass lords Command Q; and heaps more.
