The powerful, anthemic new single from WA artist Elli Schoen further establishes her as one of the most promising artists from the state.
The eclectic Mumma ebbs and flows in such a way to shine a spotlight on Schoen’s captivating voice; something the Perth singer-songwriter is quickly making a name for herself with. With Mumma, Schoen has truly found her stride.
It was produced by Eskimo Joe’s Joe Quartermain and explores the complexities and beauty of a mother-daughter relationship.
“I wrote the song because my friend’s mum passed away, and it made me realise just how much of a huge part my mum plays in my life and growth as a person,” Schoen said.
