How did you get together? We all went to school or uni together, it started with four of us jamming as a rhythm section and then we grew out from there.

Sum up your musical sound in four words? Reggae rockers for dancing

If you could support any band in the world – past or present – who would it be? Tough question, past has to be Bob Marley, present Fat Freddy’s Drop are incredible.

You’re being sent into space, no iPod, you can bring one album – what would it be? The Fugees’ album The Score is a classic, especially Lauryn Hill’s verses.

Greatest rock’n’roll moment of your career to date? Sam running off stage at a loose club gig once after a few too many beers. I grabbed his bass and played while we jammed. He made it back before the end of the song. I don’t think anyone noticed.

Why should people come and see your band? If you like dancing to reggae, intense percussion solos and your horns loud we’d love to see you!
