What will make your venue stand out from all of the rest on offer at Good Beer Week? We've been a part of GBW since the beginning and every year we try to go bigger and badder with our offerings. This year we have a randall (beer tap infuser), Boilermakers and Brewdog.

Are you selling any special brews for Good Beer Week? We try to hoard as many awesome beers throughout the year as possible and roll them out come GBW. We're particularly excited about our Boilermaker event, some amazing spirit and beer pairings, whisky sour picklebacks too.

Why do you think Australians are starting to favour boutique and craft breweries over mainstream beers? It's been a similar process with wine, food and coffee. People want to enjoy what they consume and know as much about it as possible. For many it's an interest, not just for socialising.

What exactly do you think makes a good beer? For the most part, brewing is a lot like cooking. You can devise a recipe and there's a lot of freedom in that. However good processes (fermentation etc) are crucial to producing a good beer.

When and what are the event(s) you have planned during Good Beer Week? 16 May, Exit Takeover; 18 May, Boilermakers & Picklebacks; 22 May, Brews & Dogs with Brewdog.
