EP title? I Am A Superhero

How many releases do you have now? Two. Whale Bone (single, 2012); I Am A Superhero (EP, 2014).

Was anything in particular inspiring you during the making? It was the first time recording as a ‘band’ instead of calling in favours from various other musical friends. I think we really started to solidify our sound while demoing and recording this EP.

What’s your favourite song on it? Personally, I like Maybe You Were Right. Lush pedal steel licks, old school kick/snare and rich electric guitar tones.

We’ll like this EP if we like... Alt-country rock with influences from Tom Petty, Richmond Fontaine, Ryan Adams, My Morning Jacket, Neil Young, Wilco and Paul Kelly.

When and where is your launch/next gig? We’re launching at the (almost aptly named) Railway Hotel on 29 Nov. Support from Mo Wilson & The Drivers, The Jayco Brothers and Billie Rogers (solo).
