What the best venue anywhere in the world you¹ve played? The Carpa Cabaret in Colombia was something amazing. We played in front of 2000 people and half of them were actors and street performers of the biggest theatre festival in South America!
Is there one country you particularly love performing in? We love Australia as our base but playing in Peru always very special. Looking to playing in Brazil next year!!
What part of the world has had the most influence on you, musically? South America will always be in my roots and after living in Australia for so long Im definitely got influence by its multicultural scene. Loving a lot of African beats lately.
Where have you experienced music really impacting and influencing a culture? I had a beautiful experience with aboriginal communities in Alice.
When it comes to your band is more always better? It depends. No matter the number I think is more important that your delivery is clear and strong.
What¹s one instrument you wish you could master? The drums!! I love a good drummer!!
Do you have any pre-gig rituals? One tequila shot and a good hug and support to all people in the show.
What¹s your favourite food dish? My mom's Colombian soup: "Sancocho" is the best for a hangover. Google it!
Can you recommend us a drink at the bar? My rum comes with a ice a small sprinkle of coke or ginger beer and 3 slices of lime. Enjoy!
