USA comedy superstar Eric Andre is set to return to Australia and New Zealand in February/March 2024 as he brings his Eric Andre Show Live performances to a number of major cities.

Known for his confrontational and bizarre humour, the comedian has built a massive cult following since the debut of his live-action-comedy television series, The Eric Andre Show, over a decade ago.

The show, famed for its unpredictability, has propelled Andre into the spotlight as one of the most off-kilter and versatile comedians in the entertainment industry.

"The genius of The Eric Andre Show is that it’s the kind of prank show you can’t prepare for – because it’s constantly changing. One second you're looking at Andre try to eat his desk, then a man dressed as a ginormous bug is running straight at you," Esquire once described the wild show.

The Australia and New Zealand tour is set to take place in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Auckland, and marks Andre's first visit to Australia and New Zealand in five years.

The comedian’s prowess extends beyond television, with a successful stand-up career, appearances on TV shows, films, and even a hit podcast titled Bombing with Eric Andre, launched in 2023.

His Netflix stand-up special, Legalize Everything, garnered widespread praise in 2020, followed by the success of 2021’s comedy film Bad Trip, which he produced and co-wrote.

Apart from his comedic ventures, Andre has showcased his versatility by lending his voice to various animated productions, including the demon Luci in Netflix's Disenchantment, as well as roles in animated features like Trolls Band Together and Sing 2.

His acting talents were also displayed in The Righteous Gemstones and an episode of Netflix's anthology series Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities.

The Australian and New Zealand leg of The Eric Andre Show Live tour is set to kick off on Thursday, 22 February, at Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne. The tour will then hit major cities like Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and will conclude on Wednesday, 6 March, at Shed 10 in Auckland, NZ.
