Christopher Lloyd Leads First Sydney & Perth Supa-Stars Announcement For Supanova 2026

Great Scott! Back to the Future film legend Christopher Lloyd is heading to Australia this June, leading the roster of Supa-Star announcements for Sydney (19-21 June) and Perth (27-28 June).

Joining the iconic Doc Brown at Supanova 2026 is an assortment of pop culture heroes, from film and television stars to Pokémon and Scooby-Doo representation.

Speaking of icons, Anthony Daniels is making his way Down Under from a galaxy far, far away. The only actor to appear in every Star Wars theatrical release since 1977 – including Rogue One and an in-person appearance on Solo – Daniels has cultivated a spectacular legacy.

Star Trek, Mission: Impossible, The Boys and Shaun of the Dead star Simon Pegg is also heading to Sydney and Perth.

Charmed couple Holly Marie Combs and Brian Krause will return to Australia, alongside Superman & Lois television children, Alex Garfin and Michael Bishop. Other actors confirmed for Supanova in Sydney and Perth include Mitchell Hope (Descendants), Nathan Jones (Mad Max: Fury Road, Mortal Kombat), Wolf Creek’s John Jarratt, and Home and Away and The Possessed’s Lincoln Lewis.

In a Sydney exclusive, Neil Fanning, the voice behind Scooby-Doo in the live-action films, will keep punters’ childhoods alive. Veronica Taylor, the original voice of Ash Ketchum in Pokémon, rounds out the first announcement.

In other line-up news, Supanova’s industry and education initiative, Level Up, will make its Sydney debut this year, starring Adam Savage (MythBusters), Adam Spencer (Adam Spencer’s Maths 101 Home Schooling Parenting), and Anthony Daniels.
